Happy New Year....A little late I know. I've been too busy for SG lately. I usually end up spending too much time here. Besides the holidays and business I've been putting together a deal to buy the house I currently rent. It's a two family with my cousin and his girlfriend in the other, bigger half. Well at the last minute after I had put all the loans and paperwork together he decides he wants to move and start somewhere else fresh. Now I can understand this and am fine with it but dude, tell me this before I do all this work. Now I'm starting over with all this stuff to do the deal myself. I had it worked out where I would need only a few thousand up front now I'm probably going to need to come up with like 25 grand to get rolling. This is after I booked an expensive snowboarding trip to BC thinking I could spare the money. I'm a little pissed.
New Year's Eve ,or amatuer night as us boozers call it, turned into New Year's weekend. A friend of mine goes to Steven's Instutute of Technology and just got an apartment with a couple of his buddies in Hoboken. I figured we'd roll out on the town and go back there afterwards. They signed the lease on December 1st. I went there the 31st. They had their clothes still in bags, a few couches, no beds setup, computers and entertainment system and a half keg. Totally college.
Anyway we hit a few spots went back to the house who knows when and pretty much partied until Sunday night. Monday I was reminded by my body that I am no longer in college. I was pretty hurt but didn't really have to do anything so oh well.
I've been doing a good amount of boarding but now the weather has warmed considerably and it's just not cold enough for decent snow. Hopefully this passes soon. The season started out so good. Well...I'll be working on more of the same. Looking forward to my trip west in March. Hittin some sick pow then throwin down in SF for St. Patrick's weekend. I probably won;y be able to go to Burning Man this year in light of the house thing. We'll see. I just got the new brochure too. The theme is The Future!..........Hope and Fear! Ya how appropriate. ---CM

that is pretty sad is marriage means a slow painful death, I actually have a ton of fun and laughs with my fiance, we get along great. I can't delete you no BUT I can delete your comments hahahaha I win.

niether I can't stand either parties, I can't stand ppl and a goverment who steals, (tho I would rather have them in office now) because the conservative won, now all our healther care, childcare is going down the drain, he'll back bush and we'll go to war and by the end of it all we'll be a mini america, gay marriage is gone too. I am an NDP girl they are a more open minded team. plus they would of suck with more of the liberal way ie. the healthcare, child care, the contracts they have with the indians our goverment is shit now, our country is shit. The conservative never really told us who their backers where and my bet is most of it was from the U.S I am pissed and I pretty much hate canada right now
