From now on I'm trying to eat clean till I reach 10% body fat....hoping I'll be ready by October so my birthday suit is ready and treat myself to the burlesque show as well. We have steamed broccoli, grilled chicken and potatoes with red bell peppers and onion...they potato mix was store bought and it was skimpy as fuck...I think I'm better off prepping it myself. I also have a container of fruit as my desert. Watermelon and cantaloupe 😋 I fucking live cantaloupe...
