so this weekend was pretty sweet... the house i was gonna put an offer in on turned out to be a joke, the guy was trying to hide a failing foundation.... and when i asked him about it he said some engineers said it was all good but he "couldn't find the documentation" so i said good by to that almost perfect turn of the century house.... but i found a better house that same day and i am putting in an offer tomorrow.... 5 bedroom 3 bath 2250 sq ft 2 car garage with an awesome backyard.... and its listed at 30k under appraisal due to it just being foreclosed on..... man it makes me feel old to be excited about a house....

well today was a good day work was cool cause i had to go fix what some other idiots messed up.... you would think that when your working on aircraft you would pay attention to your surrounding so people don't DIE!!! some kids just don't think anymore..... looks like this next generation coming to age is gonna be a waste, just a bunch of morons who can do well on test and read books and retain knowledge but are useless to society when it comes to doing the jobs they chose MECHANICS!!! who would have thought reading how something work was different then understanding it.... i mean i'm not a very smart man but these "college educated" kids with fancy degrees can't comprehend the basic mechanics of aeronautical design, the physics of flight, or even how to use hand tools to fix an aircraft... WTF where has all the common sense and logic gone? OK I'm done no more i quit .... but i promise it was a good day, they make me laugh when they say "well i studied blah blah for 3 years" and i'm like but your still an idiot....

anyway how is everyone elses side of the world doing??
