ok so yeah long time no blog. >.< i been busy hardly any time for blogging i been gettin alota ot at work and i been going to the doctors alot recently seems my neck is to straight XD before i had one that wasn't straight enough lol any ways. i been working out lots 15ish pounds rounded up lota running lifting and dieting it all works when put together welp[ ph therepy in a cuple hours then work 5 till 2 am fml leave me a msg i love talking about random shit
