i dunno why but there's somethin about this song that has a summer feel to me....and since it's supposed to be that time of year, i'll share....

so...i felt a lil ill all weekend...i was actually offered to go out with some lesbians on saturday but just didn't feel up to it...but the invitation stands & i hope to attempt some kinda appearance at pride...so yay for lesbians!
today i went to the thrift store since it's half-price day....3 ties & 2 pairs of pants for $5 and some change and we all know i like cheap....

so the above guys are gonna be in chicago on friday night...i soooo wanna go & i think i get outta work in time...dillemas with such a fantastic outing--i've a staff meeting @ 8am on saturday morn that i gots to conduct @ work....i bake for the staff meeting so tis whyi actually get off early on friday so that i may prepare....and first & foremost-i've nobody to go with me!
i miss some things in my life...like this kinda stuff....

i wish i could get my sister to send me our videotapes so i can geek out on turntablism & djs for awhile....cuz there's nothin like the beautiful shit we captured on film....i miss my days as a promoter, the candy kyd, & the basement dj...

so i'm lookin forward to my next 2 days off...i do need to stop in to work maybe tomorrow but only a few....then there's a plan later to have some fun of some sort....so we shall see....
