PUSS to the rescue!
that sounds sooo much cooler than it's meant by the way....finally saw some business at work today that made me happy...none of the employees nor customers really annoyed me too much...too much that is, cuz of course i was annoyed at some point....i have had for the most part a very lovely week....the show on tuesday was great...

i love curlin my hair...but it takes forever & never lasts as long as i like...i got to walk on the purple people bridge & had the tori amos song purple people in my head the whole time...plus barely avoided a few marilyn monroe moments with my long white skirt & the wind a few times..walked around a park with my puppy, giggled at piggies, & kinda rested on an elephant...not a bad combo before the animal collective show i don't think
i unleashed my inner betty crocker on wednesday which was mucho fun,esp. with the help
......there was even slight real food too...
the employees at work built me a pirate ship on thursday night
...tisn't the greatest...but hey, it's something...and i need just about anything to try & cut down my annoyance, frustration, & exasperation with work as of late...suffice to say what i expected to be an at the most one year gig, is now turning into a more than 2 year gig if things don't change...and i don't want to feel like that ant, trapped under the corporate shoe that's about to drop and either squash me or just taunt me with impending doom just overhead...
much thanks to my visitors at work on thursday....PunkNiteMike, KatieOkieDokie,Modvayne & of course..Perilous Pup....guests always make work seem more tolerable...and yay for the starbucks cuz Mike rocks!

maybe cuz it's inevitable that when i have beauty in my home...and it's peaceful & awe-inspiring...i'm bound to do this at some point...forgive me but tis hard to resist....
