OK... I want to share with you something about me.
I suffer from panic attacks from years... but the last year was the worst in my life... I added agoraphobia and depression... I've been to the hospital and I've been in my bed for almost the entire year....
I asked help and now I'm a little bit stronger :)
and I've just booked one trip to France and another to UK... take the plane alone will be soooo difficult but I'm so happy and I'm soooo excited :)
If u have any problems like me and u need someone to talk with... I'm here :) U wont be alone with me :)
