In other news, I've successfully lost 26 pounds on my own! I've been doing the whole foods thing and it really works. Over time I've started to get hungrier for healthy fruits and vegetables and nuts instead of sugary snacks. Don't get me wrong. I still indulge. Cheese curds or a good mixed drink are still going to win me over, but most of the time I'm eating healthy and I feel wayyy better! Have any of you been accomplishing big goals lately?
