Hey Darlings!
I've missed you! Sorry I've been elusive lately. I spent the holidays with the fam, and then got really sick and spent my days sleeping. Luckily I'm feeling better, and looking forward to all the great things that 2009 will bring. 2008 was a tough year, but looking back there were also a ton of interesting and exciting things that brought balance to my life.
Here's a quick look back at some of the best things;
Saw my favorite musician, Tom Waits in concert with IanMichaelMiller- best birthday present ever
Spent most of the summer traveling
Had a set I shot go live on SG, and met a ton of sweet SGs and members
Went to the premier of a film I worked on
Survived traveling through the floods of the Midwest this summer
Designed and redecorated my bedroom
Got new photography equipment that I had my eyes on for a while
Explored my city and found the strangest park with unusual wildlife and abandoned buildings
Began teaching myself Spanish
Started teaching art classes to children
Learned new jewelry making techniques
Despite the challenges, I was lucky to have some wonderful things happen. I'm hoping you all get the things you wish for in the New Year! I know I'll be working hard to accomplish mine.
