Has anyone here ever been to or live near Malaga or another part of southern Spain? My sis is going to be studying there for her entire next semester, and I would love to go visit her. I've planned lots of US trips before that all were incredible, but feel a little intimidated at planning one out of the country. I want to be able to find a place that isn't expensive to stay at so that I have a little money for fun. Things have been a tight for a while now so I should probably be thinking about other things to do with my money, but I feel like this might be the only opportunity for the two of us to spend together in another country.
Tell me about your Spain experiences. Where did you go? What did you see? What were the most exciting, fun and challenging parts of the trip? I would love to be able to fully learn Spanish before I go. Do any of you have the Rosetta Stone Spain program? It would be cool to try it out and see if I'd like to buy it.
