The Battle of Tradition and the Modern Girl...
Yeah, I guess this sounds like the title of a book, but I'm wondering how many other people find such a strong conflict going on within themselves... I feel this constant paradox of wanting so much to be able to keep my house clean, and cook a bunch of meals everyday and entertain in the traditional sense, and I enjoy these things, but the other side of my personality just wants to run around with wreckless abandon enjoying every spare moment...not wasting time cleaning, but engaing myself in the world. I don't like the thought of being a static girl. I am way too restless and ambitious for that, but still I want to keep the traditional side of my personality content. How can I keep everything in balance?
