Why is it that we always get the best rain late, late at night? Granted I'm glad to be getting any amount of rain but I want it to rain during the day when I can go outside and enjoy it. Enough of this windy crap, let's get the good storms!

Oh, yes. Now I see what you're talking about. It does look kind of like someone wearing a big fur coat or something similar. It's actually the vine-covered base of the windmill. (And the windmill itself is only about seven feet tall, by the way.)
