ok i lied. i didnt have a massage yesterday. cuz the cow of a receptionist booked me for today instead of yesterday. so needless to say...my migraine came back!!!! still there this morning. but i had my massage and it was lovely. she gave me a really nice body exfoliation. it feels so good to be rid of old skin. and then i had another laser treatment for my face. im thinking i gotta change my diet. lots more greens. more veggies. and less white food. anything that looks white has to contain starch so its gone. i bought this book called "the clear skin diet" so im hoping that i can follow it and see results.
but its days like these that i can mellow out and jus meditate and listen to some good music. got chuck ragan on right now. it puts me in my ahhh *sigh* mood. lets me be happy in my skin. i freakin love it.
theres so much stuff i wanna learn. i wanna take classes in art. musical instruments. horticulture. anatomy. psychology. anything and everything. just being open to new beginnings makes me feel so alive. so invigorating. i wanna just pack up and travel across canada. photographing my everystep. to the unknown places. i wanna be a free bird. with no worries.
todays a good day. i replenished my soul. (still have a slight headache) but im not letting it get to me. i feel gorgeous.
