Well, 2 plus years and man, oh man what a difference does that time make.
Still in the house we bought back in 2013... along with 2 girls. WE ADOPTED! That's got to be the biggest news out of the past 2 years for us. We weren't in the house a month when our case worker presented us with their profile and Patty and I had to make some decisions.
At first there were three, but sadly the oldest did not take to the adoption like her sisters did. It culminated with her getting quite aggressive to the point of being violent with everyone in the house. All was not lost though, she is in a therapeutic group home, is doing better and they still get to see her every few months. They're trying and hilarious and frustrating and amazing. All usually at the same time.
Another big thing that happened was that the indy wrestling company I was working for folded, but from those ashes came another company that has proven to be much more relaxed and far less drama filled. We've gotten a year under our belt and moving strong into our 2nd. I've been playing a face (good guy) this time around and it has been considerably different.
On an oddball side note, I've really gotten into puppetry in the past year. I've purchased 2 prefab ones (monkey & lion) and have recently built 2 of my own design. I'll post some pictures and get opinions from anyone interested on throwing feedback my way.
