hooo ha, another long wait for an update.
been busy tying to find a job. bbbbbeckah has been doing alot to help me but nothing so far.
My band played a house party over the weekend, lots of drinking and smoking goin on. We are still gearing up to play at the Whiskey in Hollywood (March 30th, we go on 9:00pm) if anyone wants to come check us out. The tickets are 10 bucks, so if you are inerested let me know, and I can deliver the tickets to you or have them ready for you at the door. Hope I can see a few of you there!
I went and shot pool with Beckah, Angie, Brian and his brother Darrel and their cousin Lawrence (hope I spelled their names right
) Was shooting ok until I moved on to the full size table, where Brian whooped me. But I told him he'd pay for it and on the next game against him, I made good on it. Was up 3 balls most of the game. The last shot came down to a tricky bank shot. The eight ball rested along the right rail, just past the fist dot up from the corner pocket, with one of Brian's stripes a ball length in front of it blocking the clear shot to the corner. The cue was at the other end of the table, about a ball length away from the same rail. I called the left corner and hit the cue ball so it would hit the very edge of the eight, sending it into the rail so it bounced back left and rolled slow but straight into the corner pocket I called. I had beat Brian, and beat him good. Yay for me! But I know he's going to want to play me again so he can beat me and rub it in
