Well Hello,
Well haven't had a chance to "blog" much on here, hell I haven't had much time for anything really. Good news though I graduated with my BA. Woo...Yeah your supposed to be happy right, yeah...no. What a time in the U.S. to graduate from College. Not much work available, especially in my field of study.
I'm not to happy with my current job, ok I'll face the truth my current job sucks but it is a job. My bills are backing up and not much is coming in to help. As far as the job goes today was pretty cool. The Killers were in town and I got to hear them do their sound check, and see them coming in and out of the building for most of the day. They are all pretty cool guys.
Ok side not I need to stop writing here when I haven't had sleep in days. For some reason my insomnia kicks in and I decide it's a good time to start venting on here. Ok end of side note
I understand most people are in hard times now and I should be looking up or something cheerful because as the saying around here goes "You know what is the best thing about recessions are They End." I swear if I see another one of those billboards I'm going to crack and drive my truck into it.
Oh yeah finally heard from my girlfriend. Making a long story short: met girl, girl joined army, basic training in Missouri. Well she finished basic in August but I didn't hear from her in a while. I finally got a sign of life from her last weekend. Apparently Alaska's cellphone reception is bad. Yes they stationed my girlfriend who is from Texas, and joined while living in Phoenix Arizona to Alaska. I wanted to laugh when she told me that she is supposed to be there for 2 years. Ok I did laugh, thank god she was texting me, or she would have been pissed. I want to go visit her but plane ticket to Alaska are expensive almost a grand for a round trip. It would be cheaper if I drove, though I know my truck in the current state it is in would back it to Flagstaff and die. So I'll be a couple miles short of Alaska. Other than that it was great to hear from her. Talking to her actually put a smile on my face. At the time my roommate didn't know who I was talking to and started getting worried, she though I had flipped. So if anything this and Graduating are the good things just for clarification. I know it's very confusing to understand the very incoherent way I talk or type as it were.
Ok so I'll give a quick recap of tonight's hard to follow ramble:
1. Graduated College with BA.
2. Hard times finding job.
3. Cash is tight.
4. Recession End slogan highly annoying
5. The Killers were cool as hell.
6. Insomnia sucks.
7. Girlfriend sign of life and stationed in Alaska.
8. Plane ticket to Alaska $$ pricey, and truck might back it 1/32 of the way there.
I think thats about it though I'm not sure and a little afraid to look up and what I typed.
