55Km out west plus 1 hour of pilates. Reformer. Makes a differnece. Back seems fixed.

Justiified big lunch by the river with bottle of 2005 chardonnay smile

Watched galaxy quest (on TV) again. still makes my laugh. Alan rickman and Sigourney weaver both stand out.

Heaps of work to do tomorrow. Might bike or run in the afternnon though. Should take the dogs running really, or train them to ride a bike.

This gives the impression that the city does not suck. Is this an accurate impression?

Good -> great weather make any city more tolerable. And I suspect that good weather causes the citizens to make a nice city nicer. That said, Minneapolis Minnesota is ungodly cold in the winter, but it's a rockin' town.

All i know is that New England is truly one of the cesspools of the planet. Not a single redeeming feature.
