I always feel hopeful at this time of year. I don't know why. I actually like the dark inky nights. They make me feel good.
If you read my last entry I didn't do one bit of exercise. And do you know what I don't care - rock and roll and a heart attack at 55? as the man said, live fast and die middle aged
