Well pretty much nothing happened today.............
Went to Brent Cross shoppnig mall for the first time. It was okay.......... Dared for the first time in 2 years to have a Burger King..... The last time I tasted one at the Liverpool street train station it was horrible and Ive not dared taste one since then. You know what, even though I managed to finish it I dont think Ill try another one anytime soon.
But a funny thing happened on the way out of Brent Cross, as I was walking out I saw a guy sitting in McDonalds playing the grand piano!!! In the restaurant!! You dont see that every day

You're certainly in the right place to be meeting new people, there's loads of members in the London area, the best way to meet people on the site is to start with the boards, that way you can see if anyone is talking about stuff that you're into, then you can click on their picture to be taken to their journal and leave comments and say hello and stuff. There is the SGUK group that consists of members from all over the UK, there are lots of meets that people go to, but the catch is that in order to join, you need to have two friends in the group who can vouch for you to say that you're not some kind of crazy stalker!
The main rules for the site are just to be yourself, but be respectful, that way you'll have no problems with finding new friends in the country.
