So, today... I rear-ended this stupid motherfucker on the interstate. I was getting off on my exit and he cut me off and proceeded to slam on his brake's, followed by me slamming on my brakes and then slamming into his car. His Cherokee got one small scratch on his bumper and my ENTIRE front end is crunched it. It's ridiculous.
But, still technically - in the good old state of Florida... no matter the situation, the person that rear ends the car is the person at fault. I really don't know what the financial ramifications are going to be... but they are going to be pretty bad.
