my ten day vacation went according to plan. ten long days of nonstop irresponsibility & shows/ barhopping. five days back home in corpus christi & five days here in Austin. the best part is i still have another week of vacation time that i still need to use. band stuff is going well. style wise it`s kinda sounding dead boys/the move/kiss/stooges/big star/exploding hearts/gary glitter-ish. heavy glam-influenced punk rock. still looking for a name. been too busy fucking around to really have done any painting the past couple of weeks. i was invited to show some of my stuff at the Art Trash Expo in Victoria but i might not be able to get the time off. it may be the first year i miss. gotta figure something out & fast.

A long time ago me and some girlfriends were sitting around trying to name our band. Those are the only 2 I remember. I liked Spacepussy best. The other night I was watching Supergroup and they were trying to name their band. One of them said "Venison." I thought that was funny.
Get your bandmates together and get a lttle drunk and then each person says one word as soon as it comes to mind (no thinking allowed) and then find the funniest combination of words to name your band. For instance - someone said flapping, someone said sass, and then someone said holes.
