Finally a new blog. Things have been super busy so I will let everyone know what has been going on.
The Nickel Slots have been recording our second album in Sacramento at Pus Cavern and it is almost done. We will be releasing on July 15th when we play at Caesar Chavez Park for the Friday Night Concerts. It should be on Itunes July 12th.
Early April I took my son to go see Volbeat with The Damn Things. Bad Ass show!!!

About a week later I took off to Hawai'i for 10 days to just chill out. I was in Maui and had a blast eating shaved Ice and drinking beer.

So Work has been OK. Some of you know that I am a pharmacist. However, I do not have the typical pharmacist's job. My main 40 hour a week job is with the State of California reviewing new drugs that have been recently approved by the FDA for addition to the State's Medicaid program. It is very interesting and my office is located downtown right behind the state capitol building. It is awesome working downtown. So much stuff to do but even this job has a Monday. I also Float for either CVS or Kaiser and when I float I am dispensing drugs like every imagines a pharmacist doing. That job is alright I think more then anything I am addicted to the easy money.

Tomorrow I will be playing in the town of Crockett at Toot's Tavern, Then June 10th we will be at Old I's with The Devil's Sunday Best and The Dry County Drinkers.
Right now we have 10 shows booked in July. I will list them as it gets closer.
I also added a photo album. I guess you could call it a set, but I'm not naked
A friend of mine took it at her studio I think the pictures look really cool let me know what you think. It's called Old School Gangster. The day we took the pictures I was hoping to have a few with my 1940 Buick but it was raining and it doesn't go out in the rain.
