Today plans got changed so I ended up going to Manito Park again to try and salvage the day. Had also ordered some Fjällräven hiking pants and they came in today. Even with getting out to the park later in the morning and dealing with some of the crazy people there, things were rather calming. Even captured some bees doing the dirty.
I wanted to try something different that I normally don't do. I took a photo from my road trip to Port Angeles and edited it in a slightly different way than is normal for me. I applied a few filters and tweaks to give it a more creepy feel instead of a kind of blah photo. This was the result.
Tomorrow morning I get two wisdom teeth pulled. Sadly I'm looking forward to this in order to get two extra days off from work. I'm not sure how much I'll want to go out and take photos this week with two gaping holes in my jaw so I stopped by the arboretum after work today and was lucky enough that some of the crabapples were...

I'm glad I was able to get some cherry tree photos yesterday because once again my weekend rolls around only to get hit with clouds and possible thunderstorms. Had been hoping to get out and find more sun and shade photos in the forest but will have to do the doom and gloom shots. That might not be so bad, it'll even out the spring...

This week has left me feeling more than a bit frustrated. Between the weather and things not working out, I was unable to go hiking or take any photos (aside from the few after work Sunday before it rained).
