Winter has set in and my moods have gotten out of control. I purchased one of those light therapy lamps and started using it yesterday. I think it's working. I don't feel as down and morose as before, even smiling more for no reason in particular. Taking more steps tomorrow to get help, I can't keep living like this and ruining my relationships with people. To help fight my winter depression.
