Went out to the mountain today. Had intended on going up to the summit of Mt Kit Carson but ended up turning back due to my hips killing me and that it would have been another hour going up. As it was I stopped between Mt Kit Carson and Mt Spokane, then turned back. This was also my first snowshoeing adventure this season and it just sucked the life out of me. The one nice thing, clear sunny skies all day long. Now that it's all over I'm going back to bed and recuperate some more :p
