Baptism by fire. Gotta remember that a sword does not become stronger sitting in it's sheath, but under hot coals and pounded with a hammer. There is an end result in mind. "What doesn't kill us makes us stronger."? Fuck that, what doesn't kill me annoys the hell out of me. Ran into a rep the other day I haven't seen in a while. His first question was "Have you gotten taller?" Hell yeah. We are what we limit our boundaries to be and what the core being is, that too many of us have laid down our arms, because we have lost the battle too many times. We lose the war when we stop fighting, not when we lose the battle. This isn't a violence is the answer point, although a good fight clears the palate of the soul, even when you make a fool of yourself.

Even if you don't believe in God, at least take wisdom from the Bible, it speaks to the truth of all things, and to the core of what I think all of us believe. A rich man invites his fellow rich friends over for a dinner of the finest grade. His preparations, entertainment, and bounty of food is complete in every degree. No one shows? Fuck them, he invites the beggars, the homeless and the poor to eat the grandest meal of their lives. All are full, all are more grateful, then his lousy friends would have been, and all have a grand time, including the host. One gal I knew bragged on a greeting card she received once. It said simply this "When life gives you lemons. *open up card* stuff them in your bra, couldn't hurt, might actually help"
