Today I receive a letter from them quoting that the keyboard/memory and motherboard are all fucked, the cost of repairing this will be (inc their service etc) wait for it....

Please bare in mind that the whole thing new was less than 600!
How the fuck does a computer that has a few intermittent keyboard problems suddenly develop the computer version of a complete and total breakdown!
For one thing if the motherboard was fucked then the computer would not even have booted up let alone done anything else. Plus the memory was checked before i returned it to them and reported no errors whatsoever.
Needless to say I am not paying their charges, and i'm also going to be putting everything in writing and going to trading standards if I have to!
