Its my moms bday today.

Happy Birthday Mom

Took her out for dinner last week as I don't get to see her as often as I'd like and sent her this gorgeous jacket I'd found which is so her. I knew as soon as I saw it that she would love it. I could even picture her in it. Still even knowing she would like it, it was wonderful calling her to actually hear her say just how much :-D

As much as i like buying stuff for myself (like shopping? moi? never ) There's a real pleasure to be taken from giving someone you love something that you know they will really like

finished a necklace order this weekend and managed to get another couple of items up on ebay too

the lightening in the pic is bad and doesn't allow the detail to be picked out well, but the lace on the skirt is two tiers of red and black with red satin bows and the shirt has black lace with red braid. The shirt also needed ironing But i'm impatient and wanted to show people...
