gosh damn it- it felt so fuckin good outside tonight...! i took my dog out for a late night stroll around my complex. it felt so liberating to hear the leaves rustling and spinning through the air, to feel the wind blowing through my pants, my shirt, my hair, and my spirit and to see the trees swaying every which direction like an orchestra in accordance with the basic rhythm. I felt like a fuckin Mayan: I evaporated into a higher wavelength...
I have both realized and appreciated the true beauty and innocence of nature each and every time I sit outside. I love to meditate outside. I love to breathe with Nature: every inhale, every exhale... One Breath.
if you could shut your eyes and just listen; if you could allow every other sense in your body, besides eyesight, to consume you; if you could just listen... just relax... just let yourself goooo... just think of nothing but sitting in the middle of Nature; if you could just do that........
it's amazing what 10 minutes with Nature can do........
