had a good day today. bought a new bostitch framing gun. spent the day framing partition walls. nice change of scenery.

I actually did go to an anger management course when I was 20 in order to get out of an assault charge. It was a waste of an entire Saturday, a waste of like $200, and I missed overtime at work.

hey man...its not the caffenine its all in my head...really just too much pressure on myself to be perfect but tonight went much better after talking to my doctor and my boss..all systems go, also thanks for the advice about the women and shit and work it really helped out allot. hope you ahve a good friday.
