Ya girl scored tickets to When We Were Young Fest and took a step back in time for the day 🖤 and to celebrate her 21st birthday, I got to bring my youngest sibling along for her first concert EVER to see AFI 🖤 it’s such a wild feeling because I remember playing music from these bands when I would babysit her, to now watch her enjoy these bands 20 years later was a real moment 🥹🥲 I’ve seen almost all of these bands before but it was amazing getting to see them again and reliving all of the memories as each song played 🖤
I got to see Story Of The Year, Sense Fail, Atreyu, Armor For Sleep, AFI, The Used, Taking Back Sunday, Bring Me The Horizon and My Chemical Romance!! And yes, I almost cried like three times lol!!
I had a whole cute and spooky festival outfit planned, but if you have been following along with this festival, it was so windy that the first day got cancelled all together! I’m so glad the day we went even happened after that catastrophe, but the wind stuck around and I it was COLD! Not to mention, this was a festival and not the place for my typical wardrobe lol! So ya girl rocked some jeans, my cute misfits bralette made by Joce Boss Boutique, my Vixen skull and crossbones crop jacket from Vixen By Micheline Pitt and Nikes 🖤 I really wanted to wear vans but my feet would have suffered greatly because getting old sucks lol!
