so i thought that being home sick with flu that i'd be able to catch up on my internet presence, but no - all i have caught up on is sleep and eating of instant noodles - both things that i usually try to avoid!

but i AM pretty lucky, this is my first illness in over a year, considering last year sent me to the hospital three times with no immune system and horrible infections, i think i am doing pretty good here...and i'm trying not to feel bad about my first sick day at my new job - but me + sick + stress = no one happy, so best i stayed home.

sucks being sick though, as my daughter RavenIsis is performing tonight at a new place that i've not been to, and a really good friend is having a house warming in covent garden - yes covent garden! cannot wait to see his new place.

but i'm stuck home, in bed, but at least am very fashionably ill in my american apparell black harem pants and camisole, wrapped up in a big huge reindeer cardigan...i love reindeers - as the lady deers have the antlers...i had a gold sparkly one in the bathroom that disappeared, but found the leg recently so i have a feeling that someone has stolen it and is keeping it hostage somewhere, which is very upsetting really.

anyway, i gotta get better soon - there is so much to do!
i need to finish crocheting xmas presents and decorations.
finish trimming the bright pink tree.
find a kitten to adopt.

are my top three...hopw you are all having a better friday than me!
