so i went to the gym tonight for a personal training session like i do on mondays and thursdays...yup! i'm single so have nothing better to do - its not all bubble baths and pedicures you know, lol.

anyway, so this morning when i left the house i KNEW i'd forgotten something important...like a ponytail holder...i hate working out with my hair down. so rifled through my bags and then remembered - I ALWAYS CARRY A SPARE G STRING...

well, you never know when u are going to need a pair, or lose a pair or dress up some sexy tattooed guy in a pair or watever.

so anyway - i used my g-string as a ponytail holder - it works - just twist into thirds...and it was all fine until the end of the session where me and my gorgeous huge hunky boxer of a trainer start partner stretching and i take my 'ponytail holder' off and put it on the gym mat...and it unravels.

lol - the look on his face!
