First day of work was pretty great. I mean, the store isn't open until the 16th, so right now we're all just setting up the shelves in the store, and on Sunday we're receiving 80 skids of product @_@;

I am freakin' exhausted from all the lifting and putting together of the displays, but everyone seemed pretty nice. I already have at least 25 hours this week, and gave my notice that I need the 30th and 1st off for Pride. I am also starting at higher than minimum wage, with a chance of a raise. They are building another store down the street from our apartment, so maybe in a few months I can even be transferred and be about a 3 minute walk from work

I think today (by which I mean Saturday) we're going to peruse the shops for shoe racks, a work shirt for me, and some clothes. I also have to remember to go downtown and pay our rent. Fun times.
