Went apartment hunting the other day and found the cutest place. It's a 2 bedroom with a galley kitchen, dining room, living room, and huge entryway. Now all we have to do is hope nobody puts $1000 down on it before we do on the 2nd :S

Also, Valentine's Day was spectacular! I only took 3 pictures because, well, you know But I am not at home so I will upload them later. My girl baked a heart-shaped red velvet cake, bought champagne, and made me this adorable photo album with a line from a poem she wrote for me on every second page. I had made her a heart-shaped grenade painting (a la Green Day's "American Idiot"-see previous blogs for why that makes sense), bought her a pink stuffed cat in a tutu (she wanted it for some reason) and chocolates, and cooked a very nice chicken wellington, corn and garlic pasta for dinner.

Have the day off today so I'm just going to tie up some loose ends with the Canadian government and my new address, and some old employers regarding T4s.
