The gaming has been going well these last few days. Ive had every other day off for the last week, and its getting weird. But Ive had lots of time to game.
We had a little party for friends that just got a new apartment, and to celebrate we played many hours of Halo, and Kill Switch. It was nice to break up the computer gaming with some console gaming. This is the first time that I have ever actually sort of wanted an X box. It has so many really slick first person shooters, which is what Ive been wanting lately.
Im a wee bit disappointed in Deus Ex 2. It doesnt grab me like the first one did. I think Splinter Cell raised my expectations of sneaking and shooting. So it seems a little out of date. It they had used the same engine from Splinter Cell it would have been really kick ass.
But Im having fun.
Ive also been reading Angels and Deamons. I got Da Vinci code when it first came out, but Im reading the first book now. I like Code better. Simply because the iconology interests me more.
So I had a good Christmas. It was fun, and Im in a good mood.
