Ahhhhh \/breathes sigh of relief\/ My Internet connection wasnt working last night and for a bit this morning. Its nice to have it back. Hmmm we were chatting last night about the future world of connected ness. The new version of IP addressing will have enough IP addresses in it to give one to each molecule in the galaxy. Imagine when your clothes are commuters, when even your mind is digitized and incrementally backed up. Imagine what its like to then be removed from that connected ness. \/shudder\/
More people need to go to Emergence! Its getting better every week. And if you go and dont really like what you see, then lend a hand and help form the place into something you love! We are ending up being referred to as people who work there just for donating some time to the lights. Its so nice to be able to let your hair down, do whatever you want, and be yourself for a while. Dance, dont dance; cavort, dont cavort, do as you like!
Last night was fun! I kept a bunch of zip ties on me from when we were setting up the lights, and zip tied people all night! It was great. I love cheap bondage gear. Anyone that says that bondage is expensive isnt very creative. Im thinking ceran wrap and electrical tape next week.
But once again azraphael stole the show. The most attractive girl in the place (both physically and mentally) leaned over to him (across me, whee!) and said That shirt would look great crumpled up on my floor. Unfortunately she also happens to be the DJs girlfriend, who has a tendency to glare darkly at those things that he does not get to be part of. But what can you do, except appreciate the sentiments given? And that was only one of the things that happened to him.
I had a good conversation and got to watch some fun things. \/Sigh\/ But it would have been better to have someone to spend the time with. But still I just can't be depressed, I had much fun.
