So I have been a while without writing a proper blog, and this is not it yet. But I will do an effort.
@missy, @charmaine and @rambo have suggested a really nice theme for this week's blog post and as a huge food lover I will leave you with one my fave Portuguese dishes, a super simple one btw.
BULHÃO PATO CLAMS
Ingredients
First of all rinse your clams really well in cold water and leave them in a bowl with cold water and salt for a while (enough water to cover the clams). After, rinse them again and repeat the process. I usually do this 3 times, or if I buy them the day before I will leave them in a bowl with water and salt over the night, on the fridge, and do 2 more rinsing before I cook them.
When the clams are ready to cook, chop some garlic (as much as you like and enjoy) poor some olive oil on the bottom of a large pan (enough to cover the bottom) and once the garlic is 'dancing' on the bottom add the clams. Once all the clams are open (which happens quite quickly) chop or not some coriander and spray it over the clams.
Before serving just season them with a bit of lemon juice or white wine. I prefer lemon.
Also if you like it spicy just chop a spicy chilly and put it in the pan with the garlic.
Now for the wondering part.
Almost 3 months ago my set Amity by the amazing @milloux went into Member Review and not only it is my fave set of all time but the set is actually on the top of the most loved sets (% and #). I have seen so many sets go FP that are way below mine in both love % and love # that I'm puzzled why mine hasn't been picked up yet, especially since it is my best set so far. I have already 3 sets in MR, the last 2 with amazing feedback so I am really wondering what reason might exist for this particular set to be lost in MR. I know there is other criteria and million of girls wanting the same, but besides the awesome love results, I am also active on the site and an SG for so long that I'd really love to see this set on the FP.
MAJOR EDIT - it will be FP, the suicide girls GODS heard my prayers!!!!
