ahhhhhhhhhhh....

what sleep will do for the mind, body and soul. dude that movie white nights i mean the movie insomnia by chris, well it's true sort of. i mean the insanity from the white nights you can get. it truely is hard to sleep here sometimes. i've been up for the better part of a few weeks before. my first summer here i never slept more than an hour on any given night even after getting trashed. that is until i went out to the field and did that thing. somehow the woods made me sleepy.

anyway the band of the day is definitely film school. especially the song, "deep lake". makes me wish for night again.
