A bold and peace filled warrior



Like me you seek the night, to hold you, to need you,to make you whole.
Like a blanket of stones, rough and spikey.
I wander in the lust of moments lost to me.
I sit and plunder sanity.
I strike out at reason.
I, I, I
Always and forever I.
Forever alone. Forever lonely.
Not now, not when, not who and not then.
All of you do not see me. I think you don't. But I am blind.
I only see what I think you know.
But, in reality you read me pretty well.
I spent the day wallowing.
I spent the day getting my body strong, but, letting my soul grow weak.
I have found the her I seek.
I have found her, but, can not have her.
She resides far far away.
In a place I can not imagine crossing over to.
The journey seems so long and arduous
I look, and then despair.
I think how can I, in all my profound idleness, ever hope to get there?
Over there, where peace reigns, and love grows, where I am whole and useful and abundantly alive.
How will I cross this boundless sea?
I must, I can, I will..
