I was able to keep my speed at or below 75 this morning on my way up the canyon to work... God it felt slow! I don't see how anyone can maintain the speed limit day in and day out.

Anyways, I'm just bored at work and thought I'd make that comment. Back to sitting around...

Debated on some debauchery tonight, but don't think that I'm feeling up for it. Think that I'll just curl up here on the floor in a fetal like posture and hope I wake in another time and dimension!

Ordered a new camera the other day and just got the notification today that it was shipped! I'm fairly to very excited about that! Maybe I'll take up photography for a hobby. Keep thinking that I would like to get into mountain biking or some such activity also... why must everything cost an up front investment for the toys?

It's a bitch isn't it? I'm not for sure if I forgot or I just didn't care. Probably both.

Enjoy the new camera.

i'm probably going to be taking up photography right away too. not so much for me, but for my son. he really likes taking pictures and i just inherited a really nice 35mm camera. however, all he's ever used is a digital camera, so i'm going to have to learn how to use this one so i can teach him tongue

"The conditions under which any one understands me, and necessarily understands me, I know them only too well. Even to endure my seriousness, my passion, he must carry intellectual integrity to the verge of hardness. He must be accustomed to living on mountain tops--and to looking upon the wretched gabble of politics and nationalism as beneath him.... He must have an inclination, born of strength,...

I think maybe I'll just become a mountain man and disappear into the wilderness. Or a monk in the hills of Japan. I give up!

I am incredibly outraged today! Why do we waste our time with sick fucks who beat and ultimately kill four year olds and then admit to it! They admitted to it, why are we having them go through court? Let's just take them out back and let everybody have a whack at them with a lead pipe! No reason to waste any time. Away with...

I feel old this week! My back is bugging me and my knees and I'm just tired for no real good reason. I need a vacation.

It most certainly is.

I do a bit of Yoga before I go out for a skate or do something physical that might make me feel.... old(er) and it helps. The Breathing + Stretching gets the engine puring nicely before whatever more physical thing I might be doing. Plus if you got the DVD you can just stop half way or whenever you like haha biggrin

Feeling a little more upbeat this morning, but still struggling to be the shepherd! Good lord I can be an asshole when I want to be! Something I need to work on. Need to do the Mom's day shopping today because I didn't get around to it earlier this week.

Got my ticket to Kenny Wayne Shepherd the other day and I'm pretty stoked about...

I need to quit the alcohol. It puts me in the wrong state of mind! On a related note, I have a funeral to attend tomorrow. Depression sucks!
femlover:
I feel like I need to quit too, but then I tell myself that because I don't get completely wasted anymore, my drinking is ok. Can anyone say denial? Sorry to hear about the funeral and the depression. Hope you come across some kind of pick-me-up soon.
sivart:
quitting the alcohol does wonders for the pocket book. i was shocked by how big a difference it made.
