so I work at wal mart on the weekends (go to college during the week) and it has been really crazy there lately because of christmas. Normally i dont mind crazy because it means more work to be done, and time goes by faster. But this week the store laid off 25 seasonal workers because sales havent been as good as past years. Which really sucks because i know that seasonal workers are there to work for extra christmas money; also one of the people laid off was the other bike assembler.
He worked during the week, which meant when i came back i didnt come back to an empty bike rack. He was a perverted old man, always hitting on girls my age, and talking about how he hadnt gotten laid for a long time because his wife was really sick. i didnt want to know about this old guy's sex life, but he did good work.
i really hate the economy and how its affecting people. :/ praying for this to end
