Yes, I finally got off my fat ass and exercised.
I ran on the elliptical for 10 minutes, then did 15 minutes of running on the treadmill, then took an hour-long yoga class.
Yoga class was awesome. My back usually hurts and is tense at the end of the day, but I feel really good and relaxed now. I'm going to go on Monday and Wednesday from now on, and then maybe take the strength yoga class once I get the hang of all the poses.
I called Jon and asked him to come straight home after work tonight - that made him happy. I feel bad, because he likes spending time with me and I'm always so tired when he gets home. We're going grocery shopping tonight. It sounds dorky, but I enjoy my grocery night at Safeway.
I'm getting healthy food.
