Maryland drivers suck.
I spent almost a mile trying to get into the right lane this morning - I used my signal, I tried cutting in, etc.. nothing worked. So I was forced to drive past my exit.
And of course a hole opened up in the right lane as soon as I passed the exit I needed. I had to pull over on the side of the highway and call Jon, because I had no idea how to get back where I needed to be.
In Texas, if you miss your exit you just take a connecting road. In Maryland, you have to take 10 exits and make 50 left turns before you get anywhere remotely near where you need to be.
I'll admit, I was crying. Getting lost is right up there in my 'Top 5 Scariest Things Ever' list.
I made it to work, but was 6 minutes late. Of course asshole boss decided to call me on my cellphone 5 minutes after 7:30.. "Where are you? You're late."
No shit, asswipe. But you know what? I'm almost always 10 to 15 minutes early, while you have no problem waltzing in at 7:30 exactly, and sometimes a few minutes after. Why is it acceptable for you to be "stuck in traffic" whereas I have to be here when no one else is?
I would have been on time despite my road trip if the idiot civilians didn't take up all the military parking spots.
I'm so tired. Only 2 hours to go if they let me off at 3 like they're supposed to.
I just need to make it through Thursday. Then I'll have 4 days to spend with my best friend and my sister in South Carolina. Whoo!
I need to buy a digital camera and some stuff for the set I'm thinking about.. I'll wait on the set stuff though, because I'm still playing with 3 ideas, though I like one of them better than the others.

Oh, and Inferno? Yeah, the uniform ones are a no-no........if you can see any identifying marks (rank/rate/post/name/branch) But if they were generic?.....maybe. Whaddaya think Cadyne? *grins proudly* I have Photoshop now. Could we pull it off?
