After a winter without fully working central heating the replacement radiator finally arrives. 
Before it can be turned on the boiler needs repairing.
Two days without heating or hot water.
After the boiler is repaired the new radiator leaks for 6 hours.
Still no heating or water.
Abysmal landlords and lazy plumbers do nothing untill late the next day.
Plumbers fix radiator while I'm at work on Friday. "At last," I think "I shall come home to a warm flat."
I come home to a fast dripping from my kitchen ceiling.
Still no heating or hot water or (for safety's sake) electricity.
Landlords and plumbers do nothing. I still haven't heard from them.
I am currently staying with a friend of mine's 40 miles from work.
I am looking to move house VERY soon.
