If I had to choose just ONE thing that pisses me off the most, it's stealing. I hope this asshole had a ridiculous bail.
So, I was out dancing downtown last night (Yes, Royal, I found a decent dance party on a Wednesday! I've made a mental note for your next visit
) and my purse was on a table a few feet away from me. This dude just snatched it the first second I wasn't paying full attention. One of the guys there saw him and reported it and the bouncers found him in the corner of a stairwell going through it, with my wallet in his pocket. The cops were patrolling the street so they just had to kick the guy to the curb and he got arrested. Unfortunately,I didn't notice my phone was gone until afterwards, though...and trying to FIND a phone and settle a claim without actually HAVING your phone is quite difficult. I'd not recommend it.
So that was fun. Eventually it will be a good story, I guess. For now, it just sucks:p
The good news is that this whole fiasco was prefaced by a night of eating free sushi off naked chicks at a local bar (see above!). Rock and roll.
