so,

i had no idea that i posted that. well, i remember now, but not until i actually read it.
thank you guys who commented. i feel better now. alcohol im sure doesn't help, yes. stuff like that is more of an emotional up and down type deal. i can't say i feel it all the time. it just comes in nice little waves that fuck with your day, you know? today im fine, and come sunday im sure it'll happen again.

as far as walking goes, i walk nearly everywhere and its a good way to clear my mind, but at the same time i don't want to clear it...i want to fix it. im just at a stand still as to how. life reevalution (and being sober while doing so) is a necessity.
