I think tonight was the univers's way of saying, "Dude, I'm so sorry about last Sunday." Last sunday was almost 19 hours straight with no breaks and an a-hole customer during hour #17 and remaining until the end of my shift and aprox' 2:15am.
Tonight was smooth sailing with only 4 customers all night and none of them wanting to hospitalize their little critters (the D.O.A. cat was a no brainer though).
***Just this moment (5:02am Arizona time) the radio anounced the death of the first Marine due to enimy fire.***
May the Gods, if there are any, bless us all and bring home as many uniformed boys and girls as possible.
