Well, Im back from Wisconsin. There was about a 3 hour lay-over in Detroit, MI. and then a 3 or 4 hour flight back home that seemed like it would never end. My only watch is on my cell and that only works in the valley of the sun.
The funeral was stretched over 2 days. The wake was on the 14th (Heres hoping your valentines day was better than mine) and then the 15th started with a prayer service at 9am, then we carried Grandma to church for the funeral proper. The service was a catholic one making it a healthy hour long. On top of that it was a funeral so they had to tack on about 40 minutes of the driest gossip about Jesus you could ever hope to not hear. The second half of the service had as much to do with Grandma as Ive had to do with the Apollo missions and terra-forming the Moon. From there we moved on to the cemetery where we stood in mud, blowing snow and -13 degree weather.
*sigh*
I bought a new game to read on the plane coming home and I picked up a nice phlegmy cough from everyone I spoke with in Wisconsin.
On a lighter note I did get to hang out with almost all of my old buddies from the Sheboygan area and I had dinner with my best friend, Kelly, who had just moved back into Green Bay the day of the funeral. Id really missed her for the 2 years since I had seen her last. I may have picks on-line tonight or tomorrow.
So, how have you been?

P.S. Love that snow and cold.
P.S.S. Any ladies interested in catching a northern mid-west cold? Just shoot me an e-mail and we can arange an intimate evening. If you survive the cold you'll never be sick again.
