Alrighty then,
The last 4 days have been up at 5:30am and to work by 7. Today is my first dau off on the new schedule and I'm awake at 6:40am and can't get back to sleep. Looks like 4 days of re-programin has totally jacked uo my nightime lifestyle in a bad way.
Oh well, I guess its time to chase girls that are awake during the day now.
